Event Driven/Multi-Strategy
PSAM's event driven products include a globally oriented strategy as well as a dedicated European strategy. With a focus on mergers, credit investments and special situations, each strategy endeavors to identify, invest in and hedge the securities and obligations of companies which are mispriced relative to their inherent or embedded value.

Credit Opportunities
PSAM's Credit Opportunities strategy applies an event-driven and value oriented approach to investments in the global credit markets. The strategy invests in entities that are expected to undergo, or are currently undergoing, events that are likely to unlock value including investments in companies that are stressed or distressed.

Merger Arbitrage
PSAM's Merger Arbitrage strategy invests in global announced merger transactions across a variety of sectors and in companies with diverse market capitalizations.
